CHICAGO -3.5 over Carolina

Gotta admit, it felt good to not watch a single frame of this game. It was like having a night off.
Indianapolis -1.5 over New England in Germany
The question here is can Mac Jones take advantage of a defence that has been lit up in three of the past four weeks. Sadly, we think this Pats offence just doesn’t have the firepower to add to that list.
BALTIMORE -6.5 over Cleveland
When these two teams met just over a month ago, it was all Ravens – and that was in Cleveland. While the Browns will try their best to try to even the score, Baltimore is just on a different level. Deshaun Watson missed the first meeting, but it’s not like he’s playing at a high level.
CINCINNATI -6.5 over Houston
We’ve got two teams on the tips of everyone’s lips here, but we think only one is a real contender. Joe Burrow’s Bengals have once again overcome a slow start to the season and have looked great since their bye. The Texans are just 1-3 on the road, where C.J. Stroud still has some work to do.

San Francisco -3 over JACKSONVILLE
The week off should do wonders for the 49ers, who went into their bye absolutely reeling. Adding Chase Young to the defence and getting Deebo Samuel back on offence should get them back on track.
New Orleans -3 over MINNESOTA
The Josh Dobbs story and that incredible win last week were the stuff of legend. But that was against a Falcons team that looked about as prepared as Dobbs was. The Saints defence should have an easier time dealing with the grizzled young vet.
PITTSBURGH -3 over Green Bay
Make no mistake: Beating the shorthanded Rams doesn’t mean the Pack are back. While it’s dicey to spot more than a field goal with Kenny Pickett, the Steelers defence should set him up with some good field position.

Tennessee +1 over TAMPA BAY
It’s officially the Will Levis show in Tennessee and his second road test should be easier than the first. The Bucs have hit a big slump while the Titans come into this one with a decent rest advantage and ready to roll.
Atlanta -1.5 over ARIZONA
Kyler Murray is set to return and it’s a bit early to back a scrambling QB coming off a torn ACL. One of these days Arthur Smith is due to get the best out of offensive weapons and we think this is the perfect matchup to do so.
Detroit -3 over L.A. CHARGERS
Here’s what we know: The Lions have a huge rest advantage, the Chargers have zero home-field advantage, Detroit is getting touchdown machine David Montgomery back and the Chargers just can’t get seem to get the best out of Justin Herbert.

DALLAS -16.5 over New York Giants
The Giants absolutely destroyed the Giants by 40 the previous time they met and now Big Blue is starting Tommy DeVito at QB? We definitely smell another blowout.
SEATTLE -6.5 over Washington
The Seahawks return home and are in desperate need of a bounce-back after being drubbed by the Ravens. Luckily the Commanders aren’t the type of team that really command much effort to dispatch.

New York Jets -1 over LAS VEGAS
Aiden O’Connell vs. Zach Wilson in prime time? Eww. No idea why they didn’t flex this one but what we do know is that the Jets defence is by far the best unit in this game and will be giving O’Connell fits.
Denver +7.5 over BUFFALO*
While the line may not reflect it, the Broncos seem to have sorted things out on defence and aren’t the unit that allowed 70 points to the Dolphins. The Bills just keep losing players from their defence and will have a tough time with a resurgent Russell Wilson and Co.
Last week: 7-7
